JOB TITLE: PROJECT ARCHITECT

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an ambitious, passionate, and highly skilled architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of leadership, be able to both lead and follow as required, be curious, and tolerate occasional dad jokes and co-workers’ odd sense of humor. This role requires a goal-oriented individual who is highly skilled in their field and takes initiative in their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

» Lead project teams and oversee the design process

» Create, develop, and present design concepts that meet the needs of clients

» Technical proficiency in and over site of construction drawings and specifications

» Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the design meets project requirements

» Manage project timelines and budgets

» Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is in compliance with design specifications

» Mentor staff and interns

» Participate in business development activities, including networking and proposal writing

QUALIFICATIONS:

» Master’s Degree in Architecture

» 5+ years of professional experience in architecture

» Proficient in Rhino + Grasshopper, AutoCAD, BIM, and Adobe Creative Suite

» Excellent communication and leadership skills

» Strong problem-solving abilities

» Ability to work independently and as part of a team

» Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
